Wareham Police have arrested one suspect, and are looking for another in connection with a break-in Tuesday at 87 Mayflower Lane in East Wareham.  The occupant told Police the suspects ran from the building when noticed. 

Interim Police Chief Kevin Walsh tells WBSM News, Police later received an anonymous tip from the text-a-tip program, that led them to 79 Puritan avenue, where jewelry reported missing in the initial break was recovered. 

Arrested was 25 year old Joseph Tavares.  He's facing charges of breaking and entering in the daytime, larceny, and malicious damage to property. 

Tavares is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Wareham District Court.  Police have also securred a warrent for a second suspsect.  His name has not been released.
