Just after Midnight on Tuesday, A Wareham patrolman saw a car pull into Brandy Hill, where a male passenger then reclined his seat as to not be seen. The officer was aware that the man had warrants for his arrest, and when he approached the car the female driver parked the vehicle and the man jumped out and fled into the woods. Backup officers were called to the scene, and the man, Casey Harris, 26, of Wareham was flushed out of the wooded area. Harris was then arrested on three warrants.

On Tuesday, just after 7 a.m., David Fenton, 35, of Wareham was seen standing in the parking lot of the Village Motel. The officer recognized Fenton as having an outstanding warrant. As soon as he saw the police cruiser pull into the parking lot, Fenton ran into a room. The officer pursued him at which time he opened the door and surrendered.

All of those picked up were taken to Wareham Police Headquarters. They have been scheduled to appear in Wareham District Court.
