WAREHAM — A drug raid at the Woods at Wareham complex results in the arrests of three people on Wednesday.

Wareham Police had been surveilling an apartment and its occupant at the complex on suspicion of illegal drug activity. Prior to executing a search warrant at the address, detectives observed the female resident of Apartment 95 get into a vehicle, drive away, and park on Bayview Street where police witnessed an alleged drug deal between the woman and two occupants of a second vehicle.

Police arrested the three individuals after witnessing the alleged drug deal. Arrested were:

  • Pamela Denwood, 59, of 48 Swifts Beach Road, Apartment 95, charged with distributing a class “B” drug, possession of a class “B” drug, and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act.
  • Krystal Roszak, 31, of Wareham, charged with possession of a class “B” drug, and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act.
  • Edward Roszak, 39, of Wareham, charged with conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act.

Police seized suspected crack cocaine, Suboxone, $177 in cash, multiple scales, a police scanner, and other drug-related paraphernalia.

The three defendants will be arraigned in Wareham District Court.
