The Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section has arrested one more of its Most Wanted High Risk Level 3 Sex Offenders. Fugitive Apprehension Section South Team and Fall River Police determined ONG NOY was in California. The U.S. Marshal’s Service along with the Sacremento field office were contacted for their help and after a short investigation, ONG NOY was located and arrested. NOY was wanted by the Fall River District Court on two warrants for Failure to Register as a Level 3 Sex Offender. NOY was convicted for Indecent Assault & Battery on a Child for the 2010 sexual assault of a 10 year old girl and he was also convicted for Assault and Battery for a 2008 incident in Fall River. In 2012, NOY was convicted of Malicious Destruction of Property and Attempt to Commit a Crime when he attempted to break into the bedroom window of a 13 year old girl. there's no information on when he'll be returning to Massachusetts to face charges.
