BOSTON (WBSM) — A Bourne man pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston today to receiving and possessing child pornography.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Bryan C. Mileikis, 36, pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
The case dates back to June 2019, when Mileikis had his phone seized after he was identified as the owner of a Kik Messenger account that was distributing child pornography, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
Authorities searched his Bourne residence and seized his iPhone, which allegedly contained 156 images and 22 videos depicting child pornography.
Mileikis was arrested and charged in July 2020 and indicted by a grand jury the following month.
