South African Double-Amputee Track Star Oscar Pistorius Charged With Shooting and Killing His Girlfriend

In a very bizarre turn of events, the track star who won over the world with his story of losing both legs is now is serious trouble for his involvement in the shooting death of his girlfriend.

According to Deadspin, late Thursday night Oscar Pistorius murdered his girlfriend, when he mistook her for a burglar.  Pistorius shot her in the head and arm. The girlfriend, Sarah Mcira, died at the scene. He will appear in court later Thursday morning.
