New Bedford West End Shooting Sends One to Hospital
NEW BEDFORD (WBSM) — New Bedford Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the city’s West End Monday night.
Police responded to the area of Austin Street and Cedar Street at about 6 p.m. for a ShotSpotter activation. Scanner reports indicated “four to six” gunshots fired.
A male victim reportedly drove himself to the hospital with an injury that was not considered life-threatening.
