Living in a fishing community, there is no shortage of delicious ways to prepare the local catch.  Add the infusion of the local Portuguese population and you've got yourself some pretty tasty stuff! Azorean Fish Stew, a cultural favorite. Here are the recipe and preparation instructions.  If you'd like to see this prepared live, you can attend this weekend's totally free Working Waterfront Festival where there will be live cooking demonstrations of Norwegian style pan fried haddock, Azorean fish stew, Jamaican fish tea and more. Fisher College is a proud sponsor of this year's Working Waterfront Festival, helping make it free for our community and visitors.
