Well, you don’t see that every day.

Raynell Fisher was getting some shopping done at the Walmart in Wareham when she stumbled across a car parked on top of another car.

Yes, you read that correctly.

She shared her photo on Facebook, and that’s where the story of the “double parked” vehicle began to unfold.

Fisher’s photo was met with dozens of comments as online users begged for the story.

How does something like this even happen?

Katie Sarah was another shopper who witnessed the odd parking job.

“I overheard that an old man was pulling out and meant to put it in drive, but put it in reverse by accident,” she said.

Another shopper named Angela Poyant provided some more insight.

“The owner of the pickup truck was parked in front of the car across the median…After he backed out to pull out his foot got stuck on the gas pedal and he went forward right over the median and over the car,” she said. “He was an older guy with a cane…You could tell he felt really bad.”

Fun 107 reached out to the Wareham Walmart for more details. No representative was available for comment.
