Wareham Police Plan Saturday Toy Drive

'Tis the season to be jolly, and Wareham police officers are doing their part to make sure that every child receives a holiday present.

The Wareham Police Association will be sponsoring its annual Stuff-A-Cruiser event on Saturday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the town's Walmart and Target stores, the department announced in a media release.

Members of the Wareham Police Department and the Department of Natural Resources will be on hand to collect new, unwrapped toys for children in need.

In Wareham, the Walmart Supercenter is located at 15 Tobey Road. The Target store is located at Wareham Crossing at 2421 Cranberry Highway.
