Wareham Police and other law enforcement agencies simultaneously raided three homes in Onset on Wednesday afternoon and took two suspected drug dealers into custody.
Police aided by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and other units raided homes at 298 Onset Ave., 353 Onset Ave. Apt. 2, and 9 Midway St., according to Wareham Police Chief John Walcek.

Around $46,000 cash, five cell phones and digital scales were seized from the 353 Onset Ave. address. At the Midway Street location, detectives seized a firearm, suspected cocaine, and multiple items consistent with illegal drug sales, police said.
When placed into custody, Gomes had over $2,300 cash in his possession in addition to multiple cell phones, and Crumbley had over $100 in cash, according to Wareham police.
It was reportedly part of a regional sweep that involved DEA-assisted arrests in Taunton, Fall River, and Middleboro on March 25. Wareham Police Chief John Walcek said multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the regional action, and that a total of six warrants were executed.
