Sean Hannity Is For Bush NSA Surveillance, But Against Obama NSA Surveillance?

Oh what a difference a few years can make. A new video montage put together makes Fox News anchor Sean Hannity seem like a hypocrite. 

If you watch the video, Hannity is for the use of NSA surveillance while it was important to the GOP party, but now that the Obama administration is caught up in a surveillance scandal, he seems to be very much against it. So which is it? Is he for, or against the NSA?
