MIDDLEBORO (WBSM) — A Middleboro man who had already been previously arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography is once again in custody on new charges related to the alleged possession and distribution of it.

According to Middleboro Police Chief Robert Ferreira, Kenneth Lanham, 31, was arrested after police received an online tip and then began an investigation. After obtaining warrants for Lanham, his vehicle and his home, police executed those warrants on May 22.

Lanham was taken into custody without incident and Ferreira said investigators are processing evidence that was seized. The Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force assisted with the investigation.
