Love Your Heart Day Is February 9 [TOWNSQUARE SUNDAY]

Sunday, February 9 is Love Your Heart Day. Dr. Michael Rocha, a cardiologist from Hawthorn Medical Associates, believes we can all do more to live healthier lives.

Dr. Rocha has set up seven locations in the area where residents can receive free blood pressure screenings, and get more information about the importance of eating right, exercise and more.

Heart disease is still the number one cause of death in America. "Knowing your blood pressure number is a good first step in keeping your heart healthy," Dr. Rocha said.

Dr. Rocha visits Townsquare Sunday this week to discuss Love Your Heart Day on February 9, and reviews ways all of us can live a more healthy lifestyle.
