The cow that was on the loose in Dartmouth has been found.

According to South Coast Today.com, Dartmouth Police tweeted the news after receiving word from the town's Board of Health.

The cow, was one of three animals at Robinson’s Livestock on Hixville Road, on March 30, as they were being unloaded from a truck in the middle of the night.

The found cow was also a juvenile, weighing at 150 pounds.

While this cow is back home safe and sound, it is advised that anyone who sees animals in the future near our roadways should not try to chase them, but should call Dartmouth Animal Control at 508-910-1840 or Dartmouth Police at 508-910-1700.
