More charges for a former Lakeville firefighter already accused of sexually assaulting a minor.

Wareham Police say additional charges have been filed against 51-year-old Thomas Dunlevy, in connection with an incident in July of 2014 during a camping stay at Cape Cod Maple Park Campground in East Wareham.

Wareham Police Chief Kevin Walsh says Dunlevy faces charges of rape, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, and selling liquor to a minor.

Dunlevy was charged last month by Lakeville Police on similar charges for an incident that took place at Dunlevy's home a few weeks after the initial alleged assault. Chief Walsh says at the time of both incidents, the victim was an underage male and a firefighter that served under Dunlevy.

Dunlevy resigned as a leiutenant with the Lakeville Fire Department on March 4.

The charges from Wareham Police will be applied to the original investigation conducted by Lakeville Police. Dunlevy is currently being held on $25,000 cash bail.
