With election day only a few days away, candidates are making their final strides before voters head to the polls.

Congressman Bill Keating spent Friday campaigning SouthCoast and the Cape encouraging people to get out and vote. He had support from Senator Elizabeth Warren and local elected officials when he stopped at the Democratic Coordinated Campaign Office in Downtown New Bedford Friday afternoon.

Warren says working alongside local democrat supporters is key to Keating's success next week.

The Senator shared her support for Keating and gubernatorial candidate Martha Coakley in front of dozens of supporters.

Keating says the grass-roots style door-to-door campaign is what separates him from his opponent's party.

In the most recent poll by Emerson College, Keating holds a five point lead over his opponent John Chapman.
