We worked with Jennifer on finding our first house. She was so helpful throughout the process of looking, putting in an offer, and closing. She was always available to text/call/email whenever we had questions and to let us know what our next steps were. She was knowledgeable about the housing market, inspection questions, and additional paperwork. We would definitely recommend her, it was an enjoyable experience. –Katie L., bought a home in Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro in 2018

Jennifer was incredibly helpful in our purchase, helping us through a frustrating process, and answering any questions that came up. She also helped us find a great lawyer and helped us find a bank where we ended up getting a loan. – Edward H., bought a single-family home in Westport in 2018

We interviewed Jennifer to sell our historic house in downtown New Bedford. We hired Jennifer and the team without much discussion. She listened to us as a seller and guided us in the right direction without pushing us. We thought her input as a broker helped us to list the property at the correct price for the market, also she made suggestions about small items to fix/correct in the house before we listed it so that it would be more appealing to buyers. All of the recommendations were spot on. The photographer they used did a fantastic job of highlighting the house. Jennifer was extremely responsive regarding how showings went and was in tune with comments/buyer’s reactions to the property. The entire process flowed seamlessly. We definitely would use Jennifer in the future. – Karen B., sold a multifamily home in New Bedford in 2017.
