A Michigan meat-processing plant's recall of nearly two-million pounds of ground beef over possible E. coli contamination may be a bigger concern that first thought.  The USDA says at least eleven people in four states became ill after eating the tainted meat from the Wolverine Packing Company in Detroit.

It was initially reported that the beef was shipped to Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio for restaurant use.

It's now believed that meat may actually have been distributed nationwide.
