This guy definitely can't be super sized.

Inspired by the acclaimed documentary 'Super Size Me,' John Cisna, a science teacher from Colo, Iowa decided to eat nothing but McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner for three months, while never going beyond 2,000 calories a day, while also trying take in the recommended amounts of carbohydrates, protein, fat calories and cholesterol.

The result?

Cisna shed 37 pounds and his cholesterol plummeted from 249 to 170.

His students at Colo-Nesco High School helped him construct a diet, which was not as restrictive as you may think. Cisna said he enjoyed egg whites, oatmeal and milk for breakfast, while lunch would be a salad with burgers for dinner:

So this isn't something where you say 'well he went to McDonalds and he only had the salads. No, I had the Big Macs, the quarter pounders with cheese.  I had sundaes, I had ice cream cones."

It should also be pointed out that Cisna also walked 45 minutes a day, proving the need for a healthy balanced diet with some form of exercise.
