Morning Sunlight Can Help You Lose Weight

It’s some of the most interesting new research information I’ve read in a long time. Wake up early, get out into the sunlight and you could lose some of that extra flab as a result.

For some strange reason, people who absorb sunlight at the beginning of the day are more likely to have lower body mass, according to the study published in the journal PLOS ONE.

I know it sounds crazy, but there is sound scientific evidence that early morning light can influence body fat and the hormones that regulate appetite.

Try getting at least 45 minutes of sunlight exposure between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and see whether you notice a drop in body fat.
