Tracy Morgan was released from rehab on Friday. The comedian had been recovering in a physical rehabilitation center after his car crash on June 7th and will continue with an aggressive outpatient program.

His rep told TMZ in a statement, "He [Tracy] asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point." In the crash, Tracy sustained several broken bones, including his femur.

Meanwhile, Tracy filed suit in New Jersey against Walmart -- alleging that one of their truck drivers, Kevin Roper was so exhausted behind the wheel that an accident was bound to happen. At the time of the accident, Roper had been awake for more than 24 hours and had driven for nearly 10 hours straight. The accident killed one person. Roper pled not guilty to charges of death by auto.

According to The New York Post, the suit claims that Tracy sustained, "severe painful bodily injuries, including but not limited to multiple fractures which required multiple surgeries, extensive medical treatment and will require significant physical rehabilitation.”

Walmart told TMZ in a statement, "As we’ve said, we’re cooperating fully in the ongoing investigation. We know it will take some time to resolve all of the remaining issues as a result of the accident, but we’re committed to doing the right thing for all involved."
