
Teenage Murder Suspect Arraigned In Fall River
A 16 year old suspect charged with the murder of former New Bedford Veterans Agent Donald DePina is being held without bail following his arraignment in Fall River.
A spokesman for the District Attorney's office says Cameron McCarthy was arraigned on Friday in Fall River Superior Court.
He'll return to court for a pre-trial hearing on April 8th.
Spokesman Gregg Milioti also tells WBSM News, the arraignment of a second suspect, 18 year old Alexander Mills has now been scheduled for April 4th.
DePina was gunned down while sitting in a taxi cab parked at Brooklawn Park in New Bedford in November, 2015.
