The charges date back to December 27, 2024, when Abington Police received a call at about 7:25 p.m. requesting a well-being check on the caller’s male relative living at 563 Plymouth Street.

Police arrived to find the man unresponsive in the backyard of the residence. He was later identified as Anthoney Leverone, 43. At the time, the D.A.’s Office said he had sustained blunt force trauma and “high impact” injuries leading to his death.
