SEEKONK — In an ongoing effort to identify a man who exposed himself to three teenage girls in the parking lot of the local Target store, Seekonk Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect.

The sketch was created by Detective Lieutenant Scott Carola of the New Bedford Police Department Major Crimes Division, after meeting with the victims.

On March 20 at about 9:41 p.m., three teenage girls went to the Seekonk Police Department to report suspicious behavior that occurred in the parking lot of Target located at 79 Commerce Way. The teens reported that while in Target at about 8 p.m., they noticed a man who appeared to be watching them from a distance. The teens became leery of the man and went to a register to check out. They noticed the man was still watching them.

After getting in their car, the teens saw the man in front of their car, about 20 feet away. The teens reported they saw the man exposing himself. After screaming they were going to call the police, the man ran away.

The man was described as medium build, about five-foot-six, possibly of Hispanic descent, wearing a knit cap, darkcolored jacket and khaki pants.
