Celebrities love spending the summer on the Cape. The Farrelly Brothers own several homes on the Cape, Meg Ryan has summered there multiple times and Taylor Swift even purchased a Hyannis Port house (for a few months anyway).

One big-name celeb is ready to move away and for those with deep enough pockets, his stunning Chatham waterfront home could be their new summer escape.

Connick and his wife, former model Jill Goodacre, bought this 5,308-square-foot home on Oyster Pond Lane back in 2006 when their youngest daughter was 4.

Now all their kids are grown up and living in Australia, so the Chatham house is being listed for the first time in almost 20 years.

Like many high-end homes on the Cape, Connick's house is flooded with natural light and boasts some seriously stunning views of Oyster Pond as well as nearby Chatham Village.
