Retired Lakeville Firefighter Indicted For Rape

A retired fire official in the town of Lakeville has been indicted for raping another member of the fire department.

A Plymouth County grand jury returned the indictments against 51 year old Thomas Dunlevy of Lakeville, a firefighter for 21 years.

Plymouth County D-A Timothy Cruz say Dunlevy allegedly supplied alcohol to a part-time firefighter, then a minor, and raped him on two occasions in July, 2014.

Dunlevy will be arraigned in Brockton Superior Court at a later date.
