Recall On Patio Chair Sets Sold At Christmas Tree Shops

More than 45,000 folding chairs, which were sold at Christmas Tree Shops nationwide, have been recalled by Nantucket Distributing Co.

According to WPRI 12, the folding chairs were sold as a six piece patio set.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) stated that the folding chair’s fabric can tear, which may lead to falls. Nantucket Distributing Co. has received six incident reports, including two injuries.

The recalled chairs are part of the "BIMINI 6PC PATIO SET."  They were sold from February 2015 to May 2017 and have the model number HYS0120.

Consumers should stop using the recalled folding chairs and return the set or chairs for a full refund.
