Protesters upset with the decision to deploy National Guard troops in Ferguson, Missouri are taking to the streets in downtown St. Louis.

Missouri Governor Ray Nixon announced today the Guard troops would be going to Ferguson to help curb violent protests there.

This afternoon, protesters chanting, "the National Guard has got to go," marched to the governor's St. Louis office and some have been arrested.

Ferguson has been the scene of violent clashes since a Ferguson police officer fatally shot an unarmed black teen over a week ago.
