For some strange reason, people who absorb sunlight at the beginning of the day are more likely to have lower body mass, according to the study published in the journal PLOS ONE.

I know it sounds crazy, but there is sound scientific evidence that early morning light can influence body fat and the hormones that regulate appetite.

Try getting at least 45 minutes of sunlight exposure between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and see whether you notice a drop in body fat.
