Brack's Tavern in Middleboro will be hosting its first-ever Galentine's Day event, a night dedicated to the ladies in our lives.

In a recent post, Brack's encouraged guests to "bring your girls or come solo for a night of dancing, games, specialty food & drinks, and unforgettable memories."

What Is Galentine's Day?

Popularity of the "holiday" grew after a scene in the hit show Parks and Recreation, depicting the female characters gathering together on February 13.

As seen in the episode, Amy Poehler's character brings the ladies together to laugh, share and celebrate their time together. Brack's is hoping to do that as well with this event.

Musical bingo, dancing and special food and drink options await. Friends, family and groups are all invited.

  • VIP: Includes a seat, bingo cards, one free drink and one free appetizer

The Galentine's event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with bingo starting at 7:00 p.m.
