Low Income Heat Customers Out Of Govt. Assistance

About 50-thousand low-income heating oil customers in Massachusetts are in danger of freezing the next few months after exhausting fuel assistance for the winter. Millions of dollars in more funding are tied up in Washington still waiting for approval from the White House. Advocates are putting pressure on the state to step in with additional money.
