Let Them Do Drugs, Have Them Pay If They OD [Audio]

If someone wants to do illegal drugs let them. However, government(s) shouldn't make the taxpayer foot the bill if the addict overdoses. Local government should not force people to stay in a hospital, under surveillance, if they repeatedly OD in a 24 hour period.
