An ISIS video released Wednesday warns of an impending attack on New York City.

The video appears to show an explosive device being put together and a bomber zipping his jacket over a suicide belt. While the video has yet to be verified, authorities are taking it seriously.

The NYPD says it knows of the video and there's no current or specific threat to the city. A deputy NYPD commissioner said some of the footage was old, but it reaffirms that New York is a top terrorist target.

The latest threat comes days after a video was released claiming an attack on Washington, DC was imminent.

President Obama's top advisor on counterterrorism said officials are vigilant against potential threats from ISIS. Lisa Monaco told MSNBC that there was no credible threat against the U.S. at the moment. (Metro Network Inc)
