Officials in the Iraqi government say they're taking territory back from ISIS. In a televised address,

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said there are still pockets of resistance to be cleared up, but the city of Falluja is being declared free from the grips of ISIS militants.

The governor of Anbar province, where the city is located, tweeted yesterday that Falluja is "liberated," and that ISIS is "rapidly collapsing."

The announcement came almost a month after the start of an offensive to liberate the terrorist group's last major foothold in Anbar province.  (Metro Networks Inc.)
