
Fall River ‘Top Ten Fugitive’ Apprehended by FBI, FRPD
FALL RIVER — A combination of local and federal authorities have apprehended a man on the city’s “Top Ten Fugitive” list Monday night.
Fall River Police say Detective Eric Copsetta and an FBI gang task force arrested 29-year-old Kyle Schwartz, an FRPD "Top Ten Fugitive."
Schwartz was spotted and arrested by police at the intersection of Oxford Street and Cambridge Street at approximately 8:00 p.m. Schwartz had two outstanding warrants for trafficking cocaine over 100 grams and trespassing.
Police say Schwartz was arrested without incident.
