Karl Pelletier, the owner of Tipsy Toboggan in Fall River, filled Fun 107's Michael and Maddie in on how stressful the COVID-19 pandemic has been for his team. With the constantly changing rules and guidelines, it feels like they can never catch up.

"Changing on the fly, really adjusting rapidly, and making sure the business is able to sustain itself through all of the changes is the hardest part," Pelletier said.
