Fall River Police Search Warrant Turns Up Heroin, Crack

FALL RIVER — On Monday, November 27th, at approximately 7 p.m., Fall River Police Department Vice and Intelligence detectives executed a search warrant at 12C Maple Gardens in Fall River.

During the execution of the search warrant, detectives secured the occupant, identified as 32-year-old Karinin Gonzalez, and subsequently searched the apartment. The search turned up 12 baggies of heroin, four baggies of crack cocaine, and prescription Alprazalam.

Gonzalez was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (heroin); possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (crack cocaine); and two counts of possession of a Class E substance (Alprazalam).
