Bill Cosby will stand trial for sexual assault.

A judge in Pennsylvania said the comedian will stand trial on sexual assault charges leveled against him by former Temple University employee Andrea Constand. She claims Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 2004.

After a preliminary hearing this morning, the judge ruled that there was enough evidence to proceed to trial.

Cosby nodded his head in the courtroom as the judge asked him if he understood the charges. The judge then said, quote, "Mr. Cosby, good luck to you sir."

Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted and is due back for arraignment on July 20.
