Some exciting and delicious changes have come to Wareham Crossing.

On March 8, Cape Cod Coffee opened its doors in town. It's in the spot once occupied by Cosi. This is Cape Cod Coffee's third Massachusetts location. The other two are in Mashpee.

Open seven days a week, starting at 7 a.m., the business offers breakfast and lunch, including the rustic taste of oven-fired pizza, mouth-watering burgers, salads and much more. There's even a dinner option on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, allowing you to relish an ice-cold beer while deciding what to order on the casual bar menu. Choose from six local breweries on tap, indulge with a Bloody Mary, spice up your coffee or gather your friends for a mimosa get-together.

Coffee is in the name, so of course you can also enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee and pastry.

Dan Stoddard, who works next door to the new coffee shop, wasted no time checking it out on opening day. He and his coworker gave rave reviews to their Margherita flatbread and a zesty barbecue-grilled chicken sandwich.

Cape Cod Coffee will host an official grand opening on March 15, 5 to 7 p.m., with the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce. Cisco Brewers and High Limb Cidery will offer beer samples while Cape Cod Coffee offers free coffee samples.
