Notre Dame Athletic Director Addresses Manti Te’o Girlfriend Haox

Notre Dame is once again at the forefront of the sporting world, but not for success - for a lie it's star player cooked up.

You can imagine that after Deadspin broke the story of Manit Te'o's girlfriend not being areal, the University of Notre Dame went into panic mode. Athletic director Jack Swarbrick went out in front of the public the PR nightmare.

Apparently Notre Dame was totally aware of the situation, but chose not to say anything before the national championship game.
