Mayan End of The World Spaghetti Recipe
In honor of all the hysteria and madness of the Mayan Calendar’s prediction for Dec. 21, 2012, here’s an end of – correction out of – the world recipe for a dish the kids (and you) will love for years to come!
One and a half pounds ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
4 cups water
1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
2 envelopes Taco Seasoning mix
12 oz spaghetti, broken into 1/3’s
one and a half cups (6oz) Cheddar or Mexican blend shredded cheese
In a skillet over medium flame, brown beef and onion and drain fat. Stir in the water, tomato sauce and Taco Seasoning and bring to a slow boil. Break spaghetti into thirds and stir into the mixture, reducing the flame, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the spaghetti is cooked. Sprinkle cheese on top allowing it to melt and enjoy! Yield is 6 to 8 servings. Ready in less than 30 minutes! This will become a family favorite! :)) Happy Armagedon!!
