Fighting Jets and Patriots Fans Back in Court

The New York Jets fan who was caught on video punching a female New England Patriots fan outside of Met Life Stadium last month will be back in court today.

Kurt Paschke faces assault and disorderly conduct charges when he appears in East Rutherford Municipal Court. Also in court will be the woman he punched, Amanda MacDowell and David Sacco, who came to her defense. They face the same charges. Paschke says he was defending his mother after the Patriots fans tried to assault her.
