Delicious And Fluffy Orange-Pineapple Mold [RECIPE]
Here’s an easy to make side dish that will compliment your Easter dinner or anytime!
- 1 16-ounce container small curd cottage cheese
- 1 16-ounce tub Cool Whip
- 2 4-serving packages Orange Jello
- 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 10.5-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
Mix the two boxes of Orange Jello into the cottage cheese and Cool Whip in a large bowl. Don’t add any hot water to the Jello. Simply fold the Orange Jello powder into the two ingredients and mix until the Jello is completely dissolved.
Add pineapple and oranges to bowl, mix well. Pour mixture into a mold and refrigerate overnight. Some folks tell me they substitute sugar-free and fat-free ingredients for a delicious low-calorie dessert! It’s one of the lightest and tastiest side dishes you’ll ever enjoy!
