Wife Of Yankee Legend Yogi Berra Dies

The wife of legendary New York Yankee Yogi Berra is dead. 

Carmen Berra passed away at the age of 85 Thursday night at an assisted living complex in New Jersey.  A family spokesperson says she died of complications from a stroke she suffered earlier this year. 

The two celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary this past January. 

Yogi Berra is a Hall of Famer who appeared in 21 World Series' as a player, coach and manager. (Metro Networks Inc)
