View The Night-Sky At UMass Dartmouth Observatory

For enjoyable, free family entertainment and fun education, the UMass Dartmouth Observatory and the Astronomical Society of Southern New England (ASSNE) invite you to their annual open house on Saturday, April 5 at 8 pm. View the night-sky through the Observatory's 16-inch telescope and other telescopes operated by ASSNE members.

The Observatory is located in the field to the right of the main entrance. Park along the Ring Road or in Lot 17. The event will take place only if clear skies permit.

The Astronomical Society of Southern New England is a club of amateur astronomers who serve the area with educational outreach programs and public viewing.
