If you've been following along and watching the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, then the name Matt Hamilton should ring a bell.

As the USA Men's Curling team is currently in fourth place at 4-4 with the semi-finals quickly approaching, Hamilton has been an iconic force to reckon with. His swag and finesse have been the highlight of the sport and his mustache is even stronger.

I've been an avid watcher since Day 1 and Hamilton's style is graceful and mesmerizing. At first glance, I said to myself, I'd love to crush garage beers with this man and I'm almost certain that I'm not alone. It's the way he carries himself and his performance that stands out above the rest – but most importantly, it's his mustache and man bun that makes me like this guy even more.

According to NBC's coverage on the Winter Olympics, Hamilton has a plan behind his facial hair and shoulder-length locks. He's taking his Olympic-level platform and using it to promote brain cancer awareness. His mustache represents brain cancer research with a program called "StacheStrong" for which he's raising money and is even planning on donating his healthy head of hair to a children's wig foundation.

If it isn't the swag that draws you to this very likable McFarland, Wisconsin athlete, his gold medal win during the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, or even his confident "dad bod," it's his selflessness to want to help humanity to the best of his ability by raising awareness.

Talk about good people, Hamilton 100 percent gets added to my "people I'd love to have a brewski with" list. Best of luck to Team USA as we inch closer to the Olympic podium to secure a medal in the sport of curling.
