Trial Date Set for Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect

A judge has set a November trial date for Boston Marathon suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Judge George O'Toole Jr. said in U.S. District Court Wednesday that he has set the trial for Nov. 3, 2014.

Earlier this week, Tsarnaev's lawyers had filed a report requesting that the trial start no earlier than September 2015.
