The moment so many New England Patriots fans had been waiting for finally arrived.
Crowds gathered at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro on Friday, August 8 to capture a glimpse of Tom Brady, both the man and the statue.

Big Unveiling
The seven-time Super Bowl champion, three-time MVP and 15-time Pro Bowler is now immortalized in bronze. He was in attendance as the large statue was revealed.
The ceremony was initially intended to take place last season with Brady working in the booth. However, the Fox broadcast schedule didn't have Tom scheduled for a Pats game.

The rescheduled event ensured Brady's presence.

Tom Brady Statue Fast Facts
The statue stands 12 feet tall, a measurement fitting for the star as he donned that jersey number for 20 seasons with the Patriots.

Brady's statue features the record-setting QB standing tall with a helmet in his left hand hanging by his side while holding his right fist up in the air.
Sculpted by Jeff Buccacio, the statue was intended to embody Brady's life work rather than capturing a singular moment.
Buccacio created a three-foot version of the piece to present to the Kraft family in 2023. The 12-foot version took the sculptor over 20,000 hours to make.
