All aboard! The New England Patriots bandwagon is filling up again!

Non-stop bandwagon rides up and down Route 1 in Foxboro will be in full effect Sunday as the Patriots host the everybody's favorite NFL team to bully, the New York Jets.

Fun 107 Patriots beat reporter Nick Coit of Fox 61 Hartford joined The MGM Show to preview this weekend’s division showdown. Could we hesitantly say that New England may be heading into the easy portion of the schedule? Coit said the Patriots can't fall into the trap of thinking they've got this game in the bag.

Is This a Trap Game for the Patriots?

Coit was surprised at how easily the Patriots handled the Raiders, who had competed well with the Chiefs the week before. The Jets are the Jets, but Coit noted they have a good defensive coach and some talent. Judging by Mike Vrabel’s tone after the Raiders win, Vrabel will not let his team get too high, and Coit called this a classic trap game.

How Are Drake Maye and the Offense Looking?

Drake Maye looked like last year’s version of Drake Maye against the Raiders with pinpoint throws, including a couple of nice ones to Romeo Doubs. Coit said the offense feeds off it, and so does the defense. “It’s a quarterback league,” he said.

Who Is Healthy for the Patriots?

The big story of the week has been the return of A.J. Brown to the practice field after an ankle injury in week one. Brown is eligible to come off injured reserve in time for kickoff. Christian Gonzalez has also been a full participant at practice this week. Will Campbell and TreVeyon Henderson have been limited, but their participation at practice was unexpected, regardless. Coit said some of these injuries may not be as bad as initially feared, which would be massive for the Pats.

What Should Fans Watch for From the Jets?

Geno Smith, who beat the Patriots last year with the Raiders, has not thrown an interception. Garrett Wilson is New York's most dynamic player, and coach Aaron Glenn, a former Lions defensive coordinator, knows defense.

What Is Nick’s Score Prediction?

Nick predicts a 28-13 Patriots win. He is most excited to see whether A.J. Brown suits up, because Maye throwing darts and Brown back on the field could be really fun to watch.
